A finales de 1969 y principios de 1970, Pink Floyd retomó y mezcló su contribución a la perspectiva diferenciada de Michelangelo Antonioni sobre la sociedad estadounidense, titulada »Zabriskie Point«. Se lanzaron tres canciones en la banda sonora y cuatro más aparecieron en la edición expandida de 4 CD en 1997. Nunca antes publicado en un CD de Pink Floyd, este segmento reúne versiones remixadas y complementadas del material de audio "Zabriskie Point".

En el mismo año Pink Floyd logró su primer álbum número 1 en el Reino Unido, "Atom Heart Mother", una colaboración con Ron Geesin. Las grabaciones contienen la primera actuación de la BBC con orquesta y coro, así como la mezcla cuadrofónica original en DVD.

El material de video presenta una hora completa de Pink Floyd apareciendo en la estación de televisión KQED en San Francisco y extractos de actuaciones históricas de "Atom Heart Mother", así como material en la televisión francesa de un reportaje sobre el Festival de St. Tropez en el sur de Francia.
