The Absolute Universe es el quinto álbum de estudio del supergrupo de rock progresivo Transatlantic , lanzado el 5 de febrero de 2021 por Inside Out .

Anunciado el 11 de noviembre de 2020, The Absolute Universe es un álbum conceptual sobre "las luchas del mundo en 2020" y es el primer nuevo álbum de estudio de Transatlantic desde Kaleidoscope de 2014 . El álbum se lanza en tres formatos diferentes: una versión abreviada de 64 minutos titulada The Breath of Life , una versión extendida de 90 minutos titulada Forevermore y una edición de lujo de 96 minutos que combina partes de las versiones abreviada y extendida. Con respecto a los diferentes álbumes, el baterista Mike Portnoy dijo:
