Heaven and Hell es el noveno álbum de estudio de la banda inglesa de heavy metal Black Sabbath , lanzado el 25 de abril de 1980. Es el primer álbum de Black Sabbath que presenta al vocalista Ronnie James Dio , quien reemplazó al vocalista original Ozzy Osbourne en 1979.

Producido por Martin Birch , el álbum fue un éxito comercial, particularmente en los Estados Unidos, donde alcanzó el número 28 en la lista Billboard 200 y fue certificado platino por un millón de ventas.
