It's Not Killing Me es el álbum debut en solitario del guitarrista de blues estadounidense Mike Bloomfield. Fue lanzado en 1969 a través de Columbia Records. Tras su éxito con Paul Butterfield Blues Band, The Electric Flag, y en las grabaciones de Super Session con Al Kooper, Bloomfield se asoció con antiguos colegas para grabar este álbum en gran parte autoescrito.
