En la revista Billboard, Carnaval alcanzó el puesto 49 en la lista de los 200 mejores álbumes. La canción "Cafe Amore" alcanzó el puesto 77 en la lista de singles Hot 100 y el número 14 en la lista de singles Adult Contemporary.
